Pre-Order Items

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are available. If you require split shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery & Liability

  • Cosy Cub Co is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, or customs processes.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee will apply.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse, Cosy Cub Co is not liable for lost or missing items in transit.
