• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
• Once your order has been placed, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund solely because the pre-order timeframe was overlooked, misunderstood, or not read before purchasing.
