Embroidery Information

By purchasing a personalised embroidered item from Cosy Cub Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All personalised embroidery orders are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once your order has been placed.

• We make every effort to accurately display our embroidery thread colours and font options. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

• If you would like to see a sample of your chosen name in a specific font before placing your order, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once your embroidery has been completed, we cannot accept change of mind requests as embroidery cannot be removed or altered.

• Your embroidery will be stitched exactly as entered at checkout, including all uppercase letters, lowercase letters, punctuation, and spelling. Please carefully check all details before submitting your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has commenced.

• Font sizes may vary depending on the length of the name, word, or phrase selected. Longer names may require a smaller font size to fit within the embroidery area of the chosen item.

• Some fonts may be more difficult to read when used for longer names or phrases. Generally, darker thread colours provide the highest visibility and clarity.

• Please ensure you have selected and paid for the embroidery option where required. Orders placed without the embroidery add-on may be processed as non-personalised items.

• As all personalised items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for embroidered products unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Cosy Cub Co.

• Estimated embroidery turnaround times are listed on each product page. While we always aim to complete embroidery orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be extended during busy periods, launches, sales, or holiday seasons.
