How long does personalisation take?

Currently our embroidery turn around times are 1-2 business days.

Can I change my embroidery selection after placing my order?

If you need to change any details regarding your order, please reach out to our customer service team at cosycubco@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you charge extra for personalisation?

We do not charge for personalisation, we wanted to create the smoothest process for everyone without any hidden costs.
